To begin the process, simply fill out our short intake formonline or send us an email with your name, phone number, and a brief message about your current situation. We’ll follow up withthe next steps.

What You'll Need:

As part of the application process, we require:

• A valid photo ID

• Proof of income or financial support

• Confirmation of sobriety (minimum 1 year) via a letter of recommendation from a sponsor

• Referral information, if you're being referred by a case manager, hospital, or program

Screening Process:

All applicants will go through a background check and a brief interview, either in person or virtually. If you’re referred, we will also verify information with your referring agency.

The full application process typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on how quickly supporting documents and background checks are received.
